Pothos, Epipremnum aureum or Devil’s Ivy – call it what you will, but you’ll always call it one of your favorites. This climbing vine shows off bright, heart-shaped green leaves variegated with yellow or white in eye-catching patterns. Known for its easy-going nature, fast growth and minimal care requirements, it’s a mainstay of many an indoor plant collection.

Light: Does best in bright indirect light. Rotate every so often to ensure even growth.
Watering Frequency: Allow the top 2-3 inches of soil to dry between waterings. Drooping leaves are an indicator that it’s time to water.
Soil: No special requirements, but will do best in organic well-draining soil.
Humidity: Prefers high humidity, but can tolerate lower levels, especially if you mist occasionally or use a humidifier.
Pests: Can be affected by mealy bugs and scale. If these appear, wipe leaves with Neem oil or 70% isopropyl alcohol.
Cautions:
- Do not keep in direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time to prevent leaf burn.
- Yellowing, browning or wilting leaves are indicators of improper watering.
- All parts of the plant are mildly to moderately toxic if ingested by pets or children.
- Toxic if ingested by pets or humans.
